Designed specifically for employees, this pragmatic and secular program combines breathing techniques, yoga-inspired movement, and mental grounding exercises, all supported by current neuroscience.
The objective: provide your teams with concrete tools to regulate stress, relieve mental overload, and build long-term resilience.

Why this program?
After 15 years in the corporate world (12 years in banking and 3 at Nike), I developed this body-mind approach to support organizations in building sustainable well-being from the inside out.

About me
I’m Serge, yoga teacher and yoga-therapist based in Marseille.
My professional background in corporate environments led me to develop a therapeutic yoga approach tailored to the realities and challenges of modern workplaces.
I teach in both French and English and adapt each program to the needs of the organization.
