My story
I aim to share, teach, and spread peace—with a pinch of humor.
My first encounter with mindfulness was in Nepal in 2001. Immersed in the culture, I realized I wasn’t happy and needed to change my lifestyle. Returning to France, I gradually left behind the corporate world (Bank, Nike), embracing spirituality and simplicity. Nepal was the spark that transformed my life.
A second turning point came in June 2011, in Montreal, during a Moksha Yoga class (now Modo Yoga). That day, I knew I wanted to teach yoga.
Since then, my journey has taken me around the world—Australia, Indonesia, Quebec, the U.S.—exploring many styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Dharma, Yin, Bikram, Jivamukti.
Today, I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, welcoming everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. I especially strive to make yoga accessible to men, who often hesitate to enter a studio.
I’m also proud to support the LGBTQIA2+ community through associations like AIDES (Le Spot) and Le Refuge.
My guiding philosophy comes from the Japanese proverb: “Nana korobi, ya oki” — “Fall down seven times, get up eight.”
